Sorry if this has been brought up or im in the wrong place. But everytime i click chat it keeps saying:

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at newchat.psychcentral.com:8080.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

One last try ?

On the DROP DOWN for "Chat (#)" down next to the last it says "No Popup Chat"

are you guys clicking on that or not?

Those of us who have had the same problems you all are having USE that to enter chat ... DocJohn gave us that back door entry into chat. (Then click on "ENTER CHAT NOW" and voila' you're in!)

Hmmm I'm trying to recall what used to work before when someone had a problem.... and frankly, there are plenty of other members who are more savvy than I on this.

Something about ... allowing pop ups

and another thing about clearing all the cookies -- not just on your computer but here at the site in the profile area or such

though Idk if either of the above are relevant with today's chat server etc.

I'm using firefox (mozilla)

and I also know I have horrible issues with a Window update so I haven't allowed the major one (tried it at least twice and it won't allow my computer to work well)
