I was wondering if there's some way to clear all the things I typed when trying to login... you know how it has a pop up that you can "scroll through" to select your screen name without having to type it in? Well, I've goofed up with my typing and I have incomplete names on the list (like "skyb" ) and it's a hassle to have them there. Anyone know how to clear that area? ( I don't save info on the computer, btw.)

I went into the web options and cleared everything... went into IE and firefox options btw... also, on my own computer to make sure things are cleared... no form filling info etc...

now, on a newer computer there are NO other s/n goof listings.. so that means it HAS to be on the other new computer??? NOW where do I look?

sky,

click on tools, options, privacy, then saved form information. it will clear all of that out. i was worried because my online journal, i accidentally typed in my password where the name should be and every time i went to log in, it was showing password...albeit in a login name, but wouldn't be hard to figure it out. so, i went on a search of how to do it. it shouldn't clear out any passwords. i didn't with me. i did have to hit "remember me on each visit" when coming back to the forums, but my username and password was there.

it worked perfectly.

gl!

TKS KD I will have to recheck it next time. I don't use the "remember me" aspect.... especially since I've "lost" two computers now...
