I've looked but can't seem to find it...... I can go to another member's profile and click on "see all posts"... but I can't seem to find that for myself
I answered someone's post yesterday but I can't recall who or where the post was ................ so I've been looking for it..... can someone please tell me how I view all my OWN posts? (sometimes I can only recall bits and pieces of things I've done)

feel so silly not knowing how to do this simple thing..... ugh.....

Go to your profile and you'll see boxes like 'about me', then 'statistics' - click on that and you'll get the choice of 'your posts' or your own 'threads you started'. You should click on posts. Hope this helps.

Oh Lynn-- you are so kind to help......
but alas..... I don't see anything that says "about me"..... I see "edit"-- then I can edit my info and avatar.... but..... I just don't see where I can click on "all posts" or even "statistics"...... oy vey...... I'm sorry, I"m not the sharpest crayon in the box.

thanks for trying to help me though-- ugh.... maybe I'm hopeless....

(hate it when I can't figure simple things out-- can shoot the anxiety way up there!)

Up top, middle-right, in "Search", type in your own nick and click "show posts"

I just went to your profile where it shows your messages. Above that it shows boxes that say 'about me' then it has a box that say 'statistics' click on that.

I did some more digging and tried and tried to "see" what Lynn was saying.... I decided to click on "Your Profile"(on the left) even though to me it wasn't like the rest of the "options" that one can click on-- it was in bolder print(I thought that meant it was just a title and NOT a link) so I clicked on it and IT WORKED!!!! it then took me to "statistics" just like Lynn said.

phew...... the anxiety is slowly deflating..... phew........

This is very helpful. Getting started is a bet frustrating, although I'm sure it's worth it in the long run.

One thing I like about this site is that there are usually several different ways to do anything. I enjoy finding which ones are quickest and most convenient for me, then remembering them for next time and sharing them with someone else if they ask.

For instance, one of my favorite ways to go to someone's profile -- or to get a list of their most recent posts -- is to click on their member name at the top left of anything they've posted. A menu drops down with several convenient options including:

View Public Profile
Send a private message to ___________
Find More Posts by ___________
Add ___________ to Your Contacts

I can do this with my own member name, too. All I need is something I've posted -- like this very post, as soon as I finish it.
