I was wondering...
I can see at the bottom of the main page here, the various chats that will take place that day-- but--

Is there a way to find the time the chats will be that day??

I have huge anxiety about chat and only wish to go there when I am 100% sure of the chat that I wish to join is truly taking place then.....
it would be like a "push" for me to be more social.......

I'm probably missing something
sorry, I just can't seem to find where the times of the chats are stated.....

For the scheduled time, either click on the name of the particular chat you're interested in or find it in the Calendar page and click on it there. There's also a link to the Calendar in the middle of the blue bar at the top of most, maybe all, Forums pages.

For last-minute changes, check the Chat Announcements forum.

Frequently during the week, I see the announcement a chat is in session when no chat is taking place. Despite checking the Calendar, the chats do not occur at the time indicated. I am in the Central Daylight time zone. We are told the Eastern Time Zone is the one to follow. Is that the Eastern Daylight Time Zone?

I simply have stopped planning to be at a chat because something is wrong with the scheduling or my brain.

oh! check the calendar--I can't believe I never noticed that up-top before. thank you Fool Zero. and I also didn't realize I could click on the very name of the chat..... dah....

Oh dear, things don't sound very reliable...... I'm not on Eastern Time Zone either...... yipes.... now I'm getting nervous to try it.

The Calendar times displayed automatically adjusts for whatever time zone you are in. If your calendar is not adjusting for the times appropriately, please let us know as that's a bug.

You do not have to "follow" any time zone. Just ensure your profile is set to the correct time zone for where you're located and then the calendar will show you the times for your time zone automatically.

I changed the time zone and now I don't even have to adjust it in my head... that can often be prone to failure.
and like you guys said-- I just click on the particular chat and ta da-- there's the time!!
ahhhhh... feel less in the dark now....
