I often have to attempt logging on three times before getting access.
I strongly don't think I get the user name or password wrong very often. And I always have to scroll to the right to get at the log in box. Which is extra key strokes & mouse moves which probably interferes with inputting the user name & password. Can you comment on these problems please? |

While it is nice to be able to stay logged in, it is not very secure and that needs to be considered if anyone has access to your computer. I used to share my laptop with my kids, so I always had to log out. Now I have my own laptop, so I stayed logged in all the time and it is much easier.

Another way to do it, if you don't have a scroll mouse, in IE, in the bottom right corner, change the zoom level. (If you don't see that in the bottom right corner, in the View menu, select Toolbars and select Status Bar. You can also change the zoom level in the View menu. Select the View level, and select Zoom. The logging in issue sounds strange - especially that is happens 3x every time? Sometimes my browser 'remembers' the password, so when I type the username and press [Tab], the password field is automatically populated and if I'm not paying attention I will type it in anyway, so it ends up being entered incorrectly. I can see why there may be an issue with the first log in attempt, because of this or a typo, but you'd think on the second log in attempt it would be successful. ![]() Does this issue occur with any other applications you use - like email or other websites? |

Perhaps you're not using a standard web browser, or at least a newer version of such a web browser...
The stylesheets are setup to flow to the width of your browser screen, no matter what size it is. So if for some reason you find you're having to scroll sideways to access the login box, that suggests your browser isn't rendering the site correctly. There's no reason you'd have to log in 3 times in order to login successfully. Logins require the use of cookies, so perhaps it's an issue with your web browser and how it stores these small files on your computer? DocJohn
