I am trying to upload pictures in my album here, but whenever i try, it's always failed... was i doing it wrong? please help help will be greatly appreciated.. thank you in advance

It's probably because the photo is too large. Resize the photo and you should be able to upload it. On your picture click on the tab "Tools" then click on "Adjust size" and you can make the photo smaller. Hope that works.
