Yes, I've been having the same problem. Several times this morning I've got a notice saying "the server at PC is taking too long to respond".

I got booted from chat last night and could not get back in for anything. Plus, the site was extraordinarily sluggish from that point on for me, and has been on and off since then.

Glad I'm not the only one who has experienced this...sucks that it's happening, though!
Thanks for this!

Yep, same problems here. Could be the PC server or something. I know it is not me because other pages load with no problems.

I have also notised this too over the past two days. I thought it was my computer but I am relieved to hear others are having this same issue. (not glad just relieved to know it is not something I am imagining.) It seems at times it comes and goes and is not always slow.

Sorry for the inconvenience to everyone. Occasionally, the servers are worked on or have a little hiccup. I'm sure that DocJohn has been taking care of this and we should be up to snuff very soon!

Hmmm. I am certain I posted a message on here with the title of "Slow" yesterday and it is not here.

Also, just a couple of minutes ago, just after posting a Reply on another forum, I found myself on the outside and not logged in. Hic!

pachy, and when I attempted to reply to that message I got a message that I was not permitted to post! When I left that message and came back to the forum, your post was gone. I thought I was posting when you were deleting and that prompted the message I received, but I guess that isn't what was happening.. weirrrd.

Anyway, yes it has been frustratingly slow the last few days.
Thanks for this!

It is still bad. Takes forever for the link to a new page or forum to work. I lose the site completely from time to time. Or, I just give up because the stall is so long... but hope it's fixed soon!

Folks, there will always be occasional hiccups and slow times with the forums, and indeed, any site online. There's little we can do about it at this time. There are so many variables that go into why a person might be having difficulty accessing the site (e.g., their Internet connection, a temporary connectivity problem from our datacenter to the Internet, a server issue, etc.), that it's impossible for us to troubleshoot this kind of issue.

We're always interested in members' experiences with the community, but we do monitor server health continuously 24/7 as well. All of our servers are running fine and in good health. As I said, though, there are times that, for whatever reasons, you may experience an issue. The best thing to do is to take a break and come back in a few minutes' time.

Thanks for your understanding.
