Venus, I've already told you we've looked into this issue for you and can do nothing about it on our end at the moment. Psych Central runs on a half dozen servers, and they are all operating fine.
I also noted that there has been an issue identified with some of our provider's upstream equipment and it is in the process of being replaced over the next few weeks. When that is done, I'll let you know and you can tell me if that helped or not. Since we seem to be going around in circles here, I'm closing this thread for now and will reopen it when I have any updates for you.
