Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me, I used to be able to get on chat but now I can't! It keeps telling me that I need to install Adobe flash player and i've done that several times. I've checked that it's been installed and it has but I still can't get on chat! Anyone know why or have any suggestions? Thanks

Have you installed any new programs lately? Anti-virus, anti-malware programs?

Chat does not use Flash, so there's no reason it would be telling you to install it.

larakeziah, can you tell what's telling you you need to install Adobe flash player?

That sounds like the kind of message that a browser gives you when it isn't finding some plugin that it needs. Can you tell if it is your browser? Whatever it is, is it claiming that it's chat, specifically, that it needs the plugin for?

Do you have another browser available that you could try? If so, do you get a similar result with it?
