I can see it in newer posts, but not in ones that are just a couple of days old?

I can't see the edit button either in older posts, Maybe you can only edit posts after a certain amount of time?.

That's how it's always worked for me on the basic phone site - you only have a few hours (i don't know exactly how long?) to edit or delete your post, then if you want to delete it, you have to ask a moderator (but good luck with that?!).
Thanks for this!

There was a four-hour time window for editing or deleting your own posts, last time I checked.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
