I think this would be nice. That way, if someone responded to one of my responses to their thread and they quoted me when they responded, i'd be alerted and not overlook it accidentally. I guess you'd have to add this feature to the forum. It might be very helpful though.

I get around that pretty well by automatically subscribing to any thread I post in. If I was interested enough in a thread to post to it, usually I'll want to keep following it whether anyone quotes me or not.

I never subscribe to threads. I just would like a pop-up to realize if someone wants to talk with me about something I posted in their thead. Does that make any sense? Usually I go from thread to thread trying to put down something that is helpful.
