Tapatalk is an app for smartphones that is a way to view and post in the forums, and it also has other forums too. When you download it you have to search for PC then log in. Once logged in, you can surf the forums and easily reply and check messages. Like DocJohn said, though, it does not have the chat function. If you have an iPhone, it doesn't support flash, but there is an app called "Photon" which is a web browser that lets you get on a server to be able to use flash on almost any website, including PC chat. It's not super high quality or speed, but it works.
