After a post is made, I think there's a 2-3 hr time period where you can edit or even delete your post. A person can't delete a thread post but can edit during that time. If the time has passed and you still wish you could edit a post.....you can PM a moderator and they can do it for you.

lynn P. is correct about the time limit for editing. The last time I checked, the window was 4 hours.

You'll often get faster results using the Report button (Edit a post? at the left of the post). If you choose a specific moderator and PM them, it might be a while before they log in again and get your message. Everyone on the Community Support Team sees reports so whoever is online next and can do the requested edit, will.

When you ask for an edit, it'll be fastest if you make it very clear which part of the post you want changed and what you want it to say. If we weren't sure exactly what you wanted, we might have to PM back and forth a few times to make sure we understood correctly.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
