Is there a certain place for stress issues? Is it called something else or im not seeing it? Stress so much its literally making me physically ill but not sure where it would go to post about it? So i as well as others with the same problem can learn from each other like the rest of the forums? Maybe im just missing it?

You have a good point! I guess you could post about it in "Other Mental Health Issues" or on the anxiety forum depending on your type of stress... It does seem like it needs its own place though

I made a social group about it if you'd like to join! If enough people join the social group, a forum can be created under the social group forums.

I'm STRESSED Social Group!

If someone is really stressed out they can vent in the Coping with Emotions section

As suggested, Coping with Emotions or Anxiety Forums would work just fine for stress related issues. Also, if it's about work, we do have a new forum for work related issues, if it's about a relationship, there is always the Relationship & Communications Forum as well.

The "Other Mental Health Issues" forum is for subjects that don't fit anywhere in our many specific forums and subforums. There is a lot of action in this forum and threads get moved off the first page very quickly. So to receive the best number of reads and supportive help, it's always best to find the right forum for your subject.

If anyone is unsure of where to post something, you can always pm a moderator/administrator and we'll be happy to help you.
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
