I like the thanks and hug button and use them both a lot. I was wondering, and maybe it's a silly idea but would it be possible to thank and hug ourselves? There is no way to thank or hug ourselves at the moment.
(Sorry if this sounds like a silly request but (I'm DID) and sometimes a part will post something and then I'll find the post and I think, hey that deserves a thanks or that part might need a hug. Might be good to get the parts acknowledging each other. Sometimes I think there should be an 'I suck' button too!  )Apologies if you think this is a stupid request.  Have a nice day.

Hugs are great! I wish I could give one to myself also. And it's also good to thank ourselves every once in a while. I agree with your decision wholeheartedly.

I also think that is a great idea. I think there should be some kind of icon though for the people who don't like hugs. I don't know how that could happen, but some people are really turned off by hugs. I love the hugs myself, as you can see I give a lot of them out. It was so comforting to see that when I joined this site. |

Love this idea Peg.
Open Eyes: I was thinking the same thing about the icon for those who don't like hugs. I know it definitely makes some members uncomfortable.
