why do i keep getting [helvitica verdana~::: } and all that stuff around my typing in chat~? it's horrible, and i can't make it go away by back spacing, or useing Escape,, it used to but left me with HUGE TYPE... Help~!

i can't believe no one has replied to this request for information~! i know i'm not the only one, i see it happening all the time to others,,,
isn't there some setting, some way to make this stop without having to leave the room and return~????

Hi Gus!
Unfortunately I've never had that problem in Chat here. I've had a similar problem sometimes on different websites. It usually goes away when I navigate away from the site and come back - and I've got no idea if it's a setting issue or glitch, unfortunately.

Don't know if font and color is stored onsite on at your end. If it's stored at your end clearing cookies would help. If it's not, I have no idea.
