When a vistor goes to our page there is a place that tells you the last time the user was on and what the user is currently viewing.. Is there away to take that off of my profile?

There is. There is an option to make yourself invisible. It then wont show when you are on/ or on last and what you are viewing. It is somewhere in your settings options. I'm sure someone will come along with the exact answer of where it is. But wanted to let you know it is there.
Thanks for this!

It's called Invisible Mode. To get to it:
Locate the My Profile link at the upper left of any forums page.

viewing current thread question

Click it and it'll take you to a page titled "User Control Panel". In the left (Your Control Panel) column, scroll down to the Settings & Options section and click on the Edit Options link.

Invisible Mode is the first box on the "Edit Options" page:

Use Invisible Mode

Invisible mode allows you to browse the forums without appearing in the 'Currently Active Users' lists.

[ ] Use Invisible Mode
Check or uncheck the box as you prefer, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the "Save Changes" button.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
