Any suggestions on creating QuickTime videos that are both: (1) high quality and (2) small file size? I want them easily accessible on a webpage.

I guess I need a program to compress the files or something . . . I don't know much about this stuff. My videos currently are 3MB and under 1 minute . . . auugghhhh . . . too big!
