Hello, I have a forum group (i guess you call them social group) and wish to
delete all the posts so I can sort of make a fresh start for the groups messages. I have already made a soft delete but by doing so i do not any longer see the choice to make a hard delete. I figure someone who is a member should know how to do this so i think i will ask here first before bugging the Moderators. Thanks all you smart members out there. Sandworm

Hi Sandworm. I don't have an answer for you either, but wanted to let you know I read your post.
I didn't know it was possible to delete posts in a social group. I'm curious to find out what the answer is. |

As far as I know, only the admins can hard-delete social group messages. Another option might be to delete the group altogether (you have a control for that, don't you?) and start over.
