I recently posted a note to remind folks that they could subscribe to Psych Central content feeds for our news, blog and new articles on the site at:

http://psychcentral.com/about/rss.htm

To subscribe to an RSS feed, you need a RSS reader. There's one built into the newest versions of Firefox and Thunderbird, but there are also stand alone programs. It's also built into a lot of "My home" stuff, like Google and Google Desktop.
