Hi can someone tell me how to post a thread on here please. I am new and have just been diagnosed with BPD and to be honest i am very scared.

Hi NICK 0305, welcome to Psych Central!

It looks like you're well along with answering your own question. Another thread you've already started is here.

For anyone reading who may still need an answer to the same question: first you choose the forum that you're going to post your thread in. At the top of the page you should see a [New Thread] button as in the attached picture. There's another one toward the bottom of the page. Click on one of those, and you're on your way.

There's more information in the FAQ but mostly you just try it and see. For me, the [Preview Post] feature is usually a big help.
