After posting something how do I go back to it? Do I have to write down everything I reply to so I can find it later? I'm new at this so please ignore my ignorance. I just don't know how to find my post.

It's not ignorant hon. You said it yourself, you are new here. It takes awhile to get the hang of things.

Probably the easiest way to find your posts is to click on your own user name. That will bring up your profile page. Click on the "statistics" tab. That will show a link to all posts you've made and all threads you've started.

Hope this helps.
