Yesterday my profile said it had six pending visitor messages. It stayed that way for quite a while. Today the six pending visitor messages were gone. I do not know if I somehow accidently erased them, or they are gone/lost. Please help.

the page you get with your profile pic on it, is often called a wall, because people "post" on it... i went and looked, and it appeared to me that your notifications had probably 'timed out',, from a long absence... ?

best wishes~
Gus

Thanks for looking, but I do not see how they could have timed out. They appeared about 6 pm one evening, and they were gone at 9 am the next morning. And they said pending, so I did not get to read them.
Thanks for this!

If a person leaves a bunch of messages on your wall, and then decides to delete them, that's what would cause the behavior you're describing. As I see on your wall, that's what one member did.

Thanks DocJohn. I guess that explains it. Don't suppose I will ever know who.
