I'm having problems with it.
A few weeks ago it disappeared completely and DocJohn, you made it come back after I said something. (If you didn't don't tell me, take the credit  )But now it controls my screen...which it didn't do before it's absence. No matter what I'm in the middle of here at PC, when the pop up displays, whatever I'm trying to do stops. If I'm trying to post, or if I'm trying to go to read my mail... I can't do it until the pop up notification is done notifying me, then I can close it or ignore it (to the background.) At times I can't do anything UNTIL I close the window. I can't click on the little flashing envelope even! (Not til a big pause for the window that tells me I have new mail) Am I the only one finding this? It might be because I'm usually in the middle of something when I receive a PM... idk.

There's a mail message pop up besides the flashing envelope up near the top? Huh, never knew that.

There is a "You've got new private messages" (sic) little window that pops up over your screen...even if you are at another webpage with PC still open...
yeah...it used to be only kewl and usable, now it's becoming a nuisance  I want it to work right! I don't know why I lost it for a while, and not sure why yours doesn't work at all

Are you doing anything "different" from the norm like a different skin from the default? Maybe Doc John Fixed things in one skin and it needs fixing in others or he hasn't gotten around to it yet?

No, actually I went back to regular viewing (if there is one
) before the fix this time.Since not everyone is getting the pop up, maybe they don't have allow pop-ups set for this site? But my pop up rules my screen at PC...even if I'm actively in the mail room and trying to click on received messages oh well

That little popup is a huge annoyance, if you ask me, and mine's working right!

mine hasn't changed with my mozilla, but i have the same issue with IE.
maybe use a different brower and see, or turn it off if too annoying? i hate those pauses and it would be enough for me to do something. that would bother me! it does with IE for sure. KD

Ah, pop up blocker must be blocking that particular window on my system.

i use the popup blocker option i have, i can still see when i have a pm by the flashing envelope when i refresh the screen (f5 key) or jump to another forum/thread
