In the FAQ there is written that public albums can be seen by anyone. But does it mean anyone who is member of PC or also the others? Thanks

The albums in your profile area are viewable only by other logged-in members. They cannot be seen by the public (or search engines).
The gallery albums here: Main Index - Our Gallery are by default public to all -- including those who are not logged in. You can set the privileges on one of those albums to be more private when you create an album there. DocJohn
