This is a great forum for those of us with transference issues. I feel very connected to the people writing in this forum. I have ONE HUGE PROBLEM - I often check in on people's postings, and I will have a really tough time if my husband catches a glimpse of the title of this forum on my phone or computer- "Romantic Feelings Towards my Therapist"! I'm not in love (well, not anymore ) it's transference. Try explaining that one to your spouse.

While I understand the concern from a privacy perspective and thank you for your suggestion, we're going to keep it the way it is for now. It's direct and to the point in its current title, and doesn't involve use of psychological jargon that a lot of people wouldn't know the meaning of without looking it up.

Thank you,
DocJohn
