I uploaded a pic for my avatar. When I look in my account, I can see it there, but when I post on the boards, it doesn't show. Is there a setting I'm missing?

It's too large. It shows on your profile but it has to be a specific size to show on the boards.
Try uploading a pic that is 100x100 pixels.
