Why do you have to wait 20 seconds between posts?

Because normally there's no need to post so quickly after a thread. This is one of the many measures we use to try to prevent spammers from using our forums and encourage discussion.

It also helps to prevent duplicate posts if you have a bit of clicky fingers.
