I have searched and just cant find what I need
 I was chatting with someone on the chat/PM was great and fun but .. I keep hitting the X to close it and it just keeps popping up every screen. The conversation has been over for 2 days .. yet it still pops up. its driving me mad  Can anyone tell me what to do that will stop this message /convo box from popping up ? Thanks so much in advance !!

Have you tried restarting your computer?

Have you tried logging off and restarting your computer? I am one of those annoying tech support people and that is usually the first thing I try with this situation on any site...

Which browser are you using?
Some of them let you do things like refresh or clear caches which might help (emphasis on might)

Its only popped up twice today so that makes me happy Thanks everyone  . really Thank you ..i will keep using these ideas ..

my apologies Christina, my chat with you might had caused it but I wonder why that would happen. I just left you message earlier. hope this will be resolved, I don't either know much about computer. have a great evening.
