I have an issue on the chat box below on the right hand side. It never shows when a person is contacting me, as in 'hi'. So, they have to pm me and many don't know that I do not get their message. Also during my convos. I have to constantly refresh. I have tried many different tips and links. Can anyone help me please?
I am not the most technical savvy person. Thanks, metamorphosis12

Yup, and I still need those questions answered, or we can't be of much help... that's why that link is posted on every page in this forum.
