I have an issue on the chat box below on the right hand side. It never shows when a person is contacting me, as in 'hi'. So, they have to pm me and many don't know that I do not get their message. Also during my convos. I have to constantly refresh. I have tried many different tips and links. Can anyone help me please?

metamorphosis12 is talking about the chatbar down the bottom of the screen, not the chat at the top.
