I made my way to the 'Car Buffs' group and tried posting a reply to something I saw but was stopped by an error prompt saying I have insufficient privileges to do so. Is there a time period that needs to go by before I can or do I need to reach out to the group's mod to join or something else? Thanks!

Car Buffs is a social group. You'll need to join in order to post there.

enjoy the group.

glad you were able to join it in the end

just for future reffrence, all social groups require you to join them. (in much the same way as you joined car buffs)

you can also create your own group about anything you want

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
