I don't understand how to use it. I just posted a major vent entry I titled as major trigger etc. I thought I used the (trigger) and the end one with the / but I think I used them incorrectly.

I just looked at your post. You were using parentheses ( ) instead of square brackets. [ ]. Change to square brackets and it should work.

First you put the word "trigger" inside square brackets, like this. [ trigger]

I inserted a space, so it would be visible, but you would do it without the space.

Next you type the potentially triggering part.

Then you put "/trigger" inside square brackets, like this, except without the space. [ /trigger]

Adding spaces to make it visible, I type:

[ trigger]This should come up as a trigger code.[ /trigger]

Without the spaces:

Possible trigger:

This should come up as a trigger code.
