possum220,
Just type in the information you feel may be triggering between the two square brackets as shown below. PHP Code: Code: [trigger]Whatever your triggering content is[/trigger]

Youre using the round parentheses. You have to use the square brackets. They should be on the extra numeric shift?

possum220, Almost perfect! Just use square brackets [] not the round ones ().

I posted this demo a while ago. I hope it helps: http://forums.psychcentral.com/commu...ml#post4293275
If you use the Go Advanced and Preview Post features you can see what your post will look like before you submit it. Also, for four hours afterwards you'll be able to use the Edit button to fix whatever didn't work on your first try. |

How do you usually reply to a post? I use the quote button, which opens up a text box, which has the original post surrounded by the word QUOTE in the same formats as you would do TRIGGER. |

I thought if I did a step by step it would be of some assistance. I'm very systematical, to a fault! ![]() Also, I felt that if I did show it in the "proper" context, it would show just the end result. Yep...I think too much. |
