i see people referring to a report button, but i dont see one and im really confused

If you look to the left of your screen next to the person's online/offline status there is a red triangle with a black line in it. That is the report post icon. I'd add a screen shot but I'm a bit technically challenged.

Took me awhile to figure it out when I signed up here. Also you can send a private message to any of the moderators. I honestly don't know which way is faster.

To find a moderator I always look at the who's online list on the homepage (it's pretty close to the bottom). If a person's screen name is in green or red(I think) then they are a moderator.

Also when you go into any forum here there will be a list for who moderates that section and you can click on them and send a PM.
