Are you wanting to set up a new website, or are you wanting to set up your own forum?

You'd want our sister site, NeuroTalk, which is for neurological concerns:

To Docjohn, i know that neurotalk has some hinks to get on, my hope was to have a site where those who are functional enough to use Android or something LIKE facebook could log on and post or read posts about their own challenges.. spelling or a million other issues. i was spelling thier or there for this post. ie. we have all sorts of problems.
my thought is a site, for and by those with H.I. or T.B.I and C.B.T. or those who support and are friends to them, to deal with the problems, challenges and share or build solutions, the site would not be on some social media that is blocked by most stations (such as facebook which is unavailable at many libraries or community services). i -would like- a forum for depression, for anxiety, for gripes, for encouragement (handling the discouragement, share a problem and offering solutions to those problems; then another forum (fourth) for sharing links i think, or local services.
i would hope to expand it at a later time as people find other things they may like. i wanted the site to be more for my local area, Alaska Bering Straits.

Thank you,
Wix.com i heard had something as well as a few other options, i would be willing to pay 'something of- a monthly fee, but my funds are limited due to my own challenges with my issue.

Thank you Docjohn.

That's exactly what that forum on Neurotalk is -- a community like this one, where people share their daily challenges, hopes, fears, etc. regarding brain injury.
