Hi, I'm not getting notifications about replies to my subscribed threats, although I've checked the right box in my settings. What's the reason?
Thanks for this!

dissociative, From your Profile, go to Your Control Panel. Under Setting & Options, choose Edit Options. Scroll down to Messaging & Notification. Go to below and click on the white box, Choose Instant email notification.

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Default Thread Subscription Mode: Instant email notification
Make sure you go to the very bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Hi, I've done all that; still, when I look at my threads under "view all subscribed threads", some of them have instant notification option, some of them have "none". Not sure how I can change that.

That probably happens in real time. The system doesnt go back and reset the switch for all your past threads. It waits until someone responds to one, then it checks your main option switch, then it may reset the switch to display on your list of subscribed threads. But if no one ever responded to a thread, it would be wasteful to reset that display switch. What matters is the main option switch.
Thanks for this!

Like this. On the Subscriptions page that you just described, checkmark (in the far right column) the threads for which you want to change the notification. Then scroll down to the bottom of that page and choose your new option:

Email notifications issue

By the way, here's a tutorial on the subject: http://forums.psychcentral.com/tutor...ml#post1426227

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
