I've noticed that some people are able to change their title to something they created themselves? For example, instead of Veteran Member I would be able to change it to something like....Frog? How do you do that?

I believe you have to have a certain number of posts before you can change it. Sorry I don't remember what the number is.
Thanks for this!

Okay cool. Do you know where you would find the option to change it, once you have enough posts?

You need 2000 posts to be able to change your title. It's done on the forum settings options under your control panel.

I think once you change it off the server title, you can't go back again ?

I've changed mine about 4 times and so far I've never had a problem. And every time I go into edit your details it's there for me to change

My brain keeps reading this as Tzeitel not Titles ....and I'm so disappointed this is not a discussion about the eldest daughter in Fiddler On The Roof.
Thanks for this!

Better than what I read this as. I keep thinking that it says a derogatory word for a certain part of the female anatomy.

Wonder what it says about us that I thought that's what it said too first time I saw it! Actually, what it says about me is that I desperately need new glasses.

Maybe I named this thread "Title" for this purpose...

Yes you can change it all the time... have you tried going back to the server/site title which increases with the number of posts though?

yes there is box that says reset. If you check it and hit save then it resets to the default. Then when you feel like it you can customize your title again.

like I had mine set to weary brittle soul and I checked the reset so now I am legendary wise elder hehehe I'm legendary

You ARE legendary!!

I went to buy some golf balls once for a friend, and it took me a while to figure out why the brand was called "Titleist". I thought it was a German brand!
