when you click on 'my profile' at the top left of the screen, you will go into your own profile.

On the left there is a section titled 'control panel'

if you want your details changed, click on 'edit details' -

to change the colour of your profile, some people have different coloured fonts, you click on 'customize profile'

to have a picture/photo on your profile you click on 'edit profile picture' - there is some custom avatar pictures on here, or you can download one from your computer, the option to download is at the bottom of the page, after the custom avatars,

to put a signature at the bottom of your profile, where people put their diagnosis and medication, - you click on 'edit signature' and type what you want to put in the box.

Always scroll down, and always click on 'save changes'
