How difficult is it to have a separate area, like the sticky areas, for polls in each forum?

Fairly difficult... But what would the rationale be for wanting to do that...?

You can just do an advanced search for the word "poll", choose one or more forums to search, and it will give you back a clickable list. So maybe no need for a permanent index like the stickies?

Sorry i shoulda suggested it when you first mentioned it a while back. I thought it might work but i didnt try it until you asked here.
