In some of googley's posts I can only see a box with a question mark in it, not the picture that he posts and that others can see, apparently.
http://forums.psychcentral.com/4849616-post959.html Why would that be?

That would suggest it is an issue on your end, possibly an anti-virus or malware program that's identified the domain that the image is hosted on as possibly hosting bad stuff. FWIW, Google hasn't identified that particular site as malware (atm) and I can see the graphic fine in Chrome.

Image hosting has become particular. Sometimes what LOOKS like an image file is not, it is just a redirection to an image file. Hosts like Photobucket started that crap but other hosts to and also a bunch of webpages.
The majority of browsers are now built to actually read the redirect as the image. Then you see the image as normal. If you use a browser that only see true images as images, you will see "nothing". For those occasions it can be nice to have a second browser to use to see things you cannot with your favorite browser. |

My normal browser is Safari for the Mac. I tried Chrome and it saw the picture.
