This is a strange problem. Whenever I try to go into chat it locks me out and closes Internet Explorer. Do I have to have Java or something to use it? Thanks

Click on chat and in the window where it would load the chat, click on the JAVA link to load/update Java. Yes, you need it. Why it's dumping you totally out, IDK unless you have some program that thinks it's threatening and THAT closes you out. You need to allow pop-ups to let it load too I think. Sigh... well I think this is correct. If not, if my brain has failed me.. someone will set the information straight for you. But yes, you need to down load Java (free.)
