I've been looking and looking. Maybe I'm too confused.
I need to ask an admin/mod something that I would prefer no to ask openly. I know of the report post icon, but how do I otherwise contact someone? |

Clicking on their user name will give you the option of sending a private message.

Click on FAQ/Help on the menu bar. Then click on "Who are the Administrators and Moderators here?"
This way you'll see all of them in one list. |

when I need to contact one right away I look at the bottom of the page where it lists who is on line. the moderators\administrators names are in different colors than the rest of the names in the list. I click on one of the moderators names then in their profile click on send private message.

I think names with red color are administrators. Names with green color are moderators. Find one and private message him/her.

Alternatively, at the bottom of the forums, above where it says who is online and all, there are two buttons. One says "Mark Forums Read". The other says "View Forum Leaders". If you click the one that says "View Forum Leaders", it takes you to this page which conveniently lists all of the admins, mods, our one super mod, and all of the chat hosts. From there, you can see who is online (green dot), and offline (blue dot). There are also these convenient little buttons next to each person's name that say either "PM" or "Email". If you click on the "PM" button, you will be taken to a new page, where you can type your message and send a private message to the selected admin or mod.
Just as a heads up, chat hosts are not admins or mods. Only admins and mods can deal with issues. |
