It would be useful if we had a way to know if people in our friends list had posted a thread. Similar to the feature on facebook whereby you can see when viewing your friend list '1 new post' etc.

I like to comment on friends posts if I can and at present there doesn't seem an easy way to see if they've posted other than scanning the boards. Correct me if I'm wrong.

prefab, if you click on a members username in the forums you will get a drop down with a couple of options, one is to view all posts by member. This will take you to a page where you can see where they posted and what they posted. You can click right on the post and be brought to the thread directly.

I hope this helps!

Thanks Sabby, I'll try that.

I would still like to suggest the option of viewing our friends list and seeing at a quick glance who has posted a new thread. It takes some time to go through each member's profile individually.
Thanks for this!

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
