Hello all
Sorry if this a bit long and irritating. I hope this is the right place to post. I forgot my password and my browser hasn't saved it. I can only access my user account through my tiny smartphone screen. As far as I could figure out, the only way I can change my password is by having an email sent to me. The problem is this: I havn't got the email adress anymore with which I registered here. So when I was requested to type in my email adress I took the new one. This was six hours ago and I still havn't got a message.
My question is this:
-could the program have rejected my request for changing PW bc I gave it the wrong adress or is it normal it takes so long to get the email?
-is there any other way I can change my password through my account directly, since I'm still logged in on my cell phone?
Any advice would be very much appreciated...

hello nim, in cases like these the best move is to contact an administrator (one of the mods with a red name)
try contacting fooze, sabby or darkpurplesecrets

hope this helps
