I did pm someone, but I don't know if it's taken care of or not.

Thanks!

I'm not sure how anyone can answer this question, given you gave absolutely zero details about who you PMed, what your PM was about, and what kind of problem you were asking about....?

I just would like to know if the moderators pm people back or if the problem just gets solved.

I can't give any more particulars here.

Hi sophiesmom,

Sometimes it can take 24 hours or more for us to respond to an issue. The Community Support Team is made up of volunteers who are here at different times during the day/night. Discussing an issue can take a bit of time for us, so we certainly appreciate your patience while waiting for a response.

You can also pm a Team member to ask if we are working on your specific issue if you think we are taking too long.

I found this thread just after I sent you a pm discussing your issue, so I thought I would respond to this as well.

Be well,
sabby

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
