Do you have it copied from somewhere else? Or linked from another place? That can be one reason.

It can also be that you were running out of memory on your computer, but I dont see your butterfly on mine either...so I imagine, it is probably the first thing I mentioned...

If it is, save it to your hard drive (the picture) and then upload it instead of linking to the picture...if you have NO IDEA how to do this, post such and I will try to help Where did my butterfly go???

Ok, firstly, do you have the butterfly saved on your computer or is it from another site?

Secondly, go into your profile, very top of the page, should say something like mybestkids2 profile

Click on it

Go all the way down on the next page until you get to the edit my profile part (which is the bottom of the page)

Click on the edit directly to the right of "personal information"

Go down until you see the text stating:
There may be multiple choices below for specifying your image. If you are changing your current image, select the radio button next to the option you are using to change your image.

See, firstly, if you have clicked on the "I do not want an avatar button"

IF NOT, and you have the butterfly on your computer, click on the next radio button, which is called upload your avatar

then click the browse button

you will have to find your butterfly, but then click open on the menu box that comes up when you find it

and then go all the way down and click submit

IF IT IS NOT ON YOUR HARD DRIVE:

Click the URL to your avatar button and either cut and paste, or type in the address where it would be located.

FINALLY, if it is not either of these, and is a stock avatar, click the radio button there and pick it from the choices.

Hope you can find it this way...if not let me at least know if

1) It is on your computer (be 100% sure)

and

2) Is it located somewhere else? Make sure they still have it up, because if they deleted it, or if they dont have enough bandwidth (kind of like memory) to run the page at the present time, your picture wont show up...

Best wishes,
