hi i have been having problems with adds popping up even though i have a couple of pop ups stopers installed, so today i installed a addware removel tool from download.com but then all my computer kept doing was turning on and of i have had to re formatt my computer again, does any one know why this happened

install the google toolbar on your browser and do all searches from that "box", its popup blocker is the dogs balerics

im using bt it wont let you install over toolbars it has its own browsers, but opening a ggogle search tab should do the same trick
