Hello hamza_mazin: I believe you will not be able to post links here on PC until you have had 5 posts reviewed & approved by the administration. The administration here works very hard to keep this as safe a place as possible for all of us who are members.
I see this is your first post. So... welcome to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks!  May the time you spend here be of benefit.  PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!

My Support Forums is the online community that was originally begun as the Psych Central Forums in 2001. It now runs as an independent self-help support group community for mental health, personality, and psychological issues and is overseen by a group of dedicated, caring volunteers from around the world.
