Hello,

I am getting an error message of upload failed when trying to upload a jpeg for my profile picture. The picture is 26.8 KB and 329x374 pixels. Is there something broken or possibly something I am doing wrong?

Elio

Hello Elio: I don't really know anything about this in particular except that, whenever I upload a profile picture, I always get that same error message. But if I go to my profile page, I find the new picture is there anyway! So, if you haven't already done so, just try following the process through, ignore the error message, & see if your pic shows up anyway. That's about the extent of what I know about it.
Thanks for this!

Since it appears you already have a profile picture, I'm wondering if you might be confusing this with your avatar (the picture that appears next to every post you make)? The avatar picture dimensions are much smaller.

Are you trying to upload a photo on this page (avatar):

or this page (profile pic):

https://forums.psychcentral.com/prof...editprofilepic

??
